The Office of Faculty Affairs serves and supports the professional needs of our Faculty and Academic Student Employees. Our office is here to help faculty from the moment of hire to resignation and retirement. Our office staff actively works to serve faculty in relation to their human resources needs.

- Manages faculty recruitment, appointment, reappointment, promotion, tenure and related personnel functions.
- Participates in professional development programs, training for department chairs, support for RPT committees and faculty hiring committees, and orientation of new faculty.
- Implements the Collective Bargaining Agreement for Unit 3 Faculty and Unit 11 Academic Student Employees.
- Location of all official faculty Personnel Action Files.
