Designated with primary responsibility to assist the Title IX Coordinator for CSU's Title IX policy and procedures for referrals, supportive measures assessments, intake interviews, preliminary inquiries, coordination of investigations, and investigations for students, faculty, staff, and third parties. Administer mandatory TIX training for students, log and track open matters, coordinate meetings, prepare and maintain prevention and educational materials, and operational support.
Designated with a wide range of administrative and business management functions related to Title IX and Discrimination, Harassment, and Retaliation services on campus. Responsible for developing, implementing, and coordinating educational programs, training, and outreach initiatives aimed at preventing sexual misconduct, gender-based violence, harassment, and discrimination in compliance with Title IX regulations.

The Civil Rights Investigator conducts prompt, thorough, and impartial investigations of discrimination, harassment, sexual misconduct, dating and domestic violence, stalking, and retaliation in accordance with CSU policies and applicable state and federal laws.
The Civil Rights Investigator will prepare comprehensive investigation reports; compose and send appropriate correspondence with parties, advisors, and others regarding investigations and other aspects of the formal and informal resolution processes; and, when appropriate, support the Senior Director of Civil Rights/Title IX Coordinator for Investigations and Resolutions in coordinating post-investigation remedial actions with affected students, employees, departments, and divisions.
