Commitment to Change
Cozen O'Connor Report
To enhance our campus systems of care and compliance, Stanislaus State has actively engaged in the California State University’s system-wide efforts to strengthen Title IX and Discrimination, Harassment, and Retaliation (DHR) programs. In 2022 and 2023, the CSU retained Cozen O’Connor to conduct a comprehensive assessment across all 23 campuses and the Chancellor’s Office. The resulting report outlined key observations and recommendations for improving our policies, procedures, infrastructure, and campus climate. Stanislaus State remains firmly committed to advancing these recommendations and fostering a safe, inclusive, and equitable environment for all students, staff, and faculty.
