Appointment Attendance/Cancellation Policy:
If you schedule an appointment, whether with us or other settings, we encourage you to follow through with the commitment of attending and being present. It is important to cancel or reschedule if you cannot make it and to do this as early as you know you will not be able to attend.
Students and/or alumni who no-show to 2 scheduled appointments will lose access to Career & Professional Development Center services. The student and/or alum will need to reach out to a Career & Professional Development Center staff member in order to regain access to services.
Notifying the staff member at least 12 hours prior to the appointment will not be considered a no-show.
We do understand that things happen that are out of one’s control. We also want to be mindful of others’ access to the services and no-showing for appointments takes away an opportunity for others to connect and utilize services.
Please contact our office if you have any questions or concerns.
