The Agriculture Minor allows non-agriculture majors to complete relevant agriculture coursework at the lower division and upper-division (Agriculture Core Courses) to improve their knowledge in agriculture and related issues.  Students enroll in the minor program based on their interest in agriculture and/or a desire to expand their career options in a region rich in agricultural diversity and occupational opportunities.
