10/9 Mind-Body Wellness Workshop Series: Evidence-Based Mind-Body Tools
Students will learn to quickly and easily strengthen and stabilize the mind-body systems to relieve the symptoms of stress and move into a resourced state with evidence-based mind-body tools.

10/12 Self-exam Demonstrations Join the Peer Health Educators in learning the methods of monthly self-examinations.  Breast self-examinations (BSE) are used as a screening method to detect early breast cancer.  Testicular self-examinations (TSE) are used as a screening method to detect early testicular cancer.    12pm-2pm the QUAD HEP
10/15 Workshop: Let’s Talk About "It"
This workshop focuses on a broad range of topics across the sexual health spectrum, including sex communication (identifying your wants, and giving/receiving consent), sex and sexuality (including identity and expression), common myths/misconceptions, contraception, and how to prevent sexually transmitted infections.

10/17 QPR Training
QPR is a 1.5 hour certificate training. QPR teaches people about suicide prevention by focusing on common causes, warning signs, and how to get help for someone in crisis.

Students will learn to use mindfulness to clear away inner obstacles to comfort, confidence and clarity.

This is an 8-hour course that teaches you how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental illnesses and substance use disorders.

This workshop focuses on how to identify causes of stress, common stressors for college students, understanding the impact that stress can have on a person, and ways to effectively cope with and manage those stressors.

QUIT Tobacco "Cold Turkey." Exchange a pack of cigarettes for a voucher for a Turkey Sandwich. Additional quit resources available.
