If no, the committee contacts department and requests revisions. - Finally, the committee reviews if activities/assignments described address the identified GE outcomes? Does the course more broadly address identified GE program goals? The committee also reviews the overall proposal, looking for other issues, including if the catalog description is readable by a student taking GE courses.
If no, the committee contacts department and requests revisions. - Course recommended for final approval by the GE Subcommittee.
