An internship is a valuable learning experience at California State University, Stanislaus, now counting toward the Communication Studies major! It allows students to apply classroom knowledge, build networks, refine career plans and boost resumes and portfolios. Students have interned with various organizations including local sports teams, public relations firms and media stations.
Internships are professional learning experiences overseen by the Communication Studies Internship Coordinator and the hosting organization. Students will register for COMM 4940 when securing an internship.
