This workshop is designed for all students, staff, and faculty wanting to learn about securing UIRB approval to conduct research that involves human subjects. This workshop will guide participants in preparing a UIRB application and will cover the University Institutional Review Board
review/approval process.
 
University Institutional Review Board staff will lead the workshop and will be available to answer questions about the UIRB process.

Background

Currently, Stanislaus State must comply with a variety of existing federal (e.g., CDC, OSHA, FDA), state (e.g., Governor, CalOSHA, CSU), as well as county-specific (e.g., Stanislaus and San Joaquin County Departments of Public Health) COVID-19 related policies, protocols, and practices.

The UndocuAlly Training will provide recommendations and resources for staff, administration, faculty, and community to practice allyship through knowledge, awareness, reflection, and action. Our training is designed in collaboration with Financial Aid and Scholarships Office, Immigration Legal Services, and Undocumented Students.
