Beginning Your Research --Simplified

How do you write great papers and use research? This workshop will show students how to find peer-reviewed journal articles to write literature reviews and research papers well. The CSU Library database will be discussed along with academic sources for a chosen topic. Students can make an outline of their topic and how to find sources.

We can’t really give ourselves what we need if we don’t know what we value most. In this workshop, Health Education & Promotion (HEP) will coach attendees on how to identify core values and live a deeper and more meaningful life based on evidence-based self-compassion practice.

Below are some frequently asked questions from students in postsecondary schools regarding their Title IX rights.

The California State University does not discriminate on the basis of gender, which includes sex and gender identity or gender expression, or sexual orientation in its education programs or activities. Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, and certain other federal and state laws, prohibit discrimination on the basis of gender or sexual orientation in employment, as well as in all education programs and activities operated by the University (both on and off campus), including admissions.
