Explore Stan State's Cultural & Affinity Groups

Below is a non-exhaustive a guide that we have compiled of available campus and community resources for the varied affinity groups at Stanislaus State. Community Engagement and Belonging empowers transformative learning by using a student-centered approach that promotes and validates intersectional identities and experiences.

Thea AdvoCATS

The AdvoCATS is an organization comprised of faculty, staff, students, and community members who have love and compassion for animals and specifically our cat population. We advocate for the cat’s care, health, well-being, protection, and understanding. We want to bring cat awareness by encouraging dialogue, education, and involvement.

Annual Activity & Program Review

Per the IRA guidelines, recipients of IRA funds are required to submit an annual report of activities detailing expenditures, activities and outcomes. All funded activities, regardless of if they are up for consideration of another year of funding, must submit these reports. Fund recipients will be contacted individually with information on reporting requirements and deadlines.
