Join us to learn about potential barriers and strategies to address concerns as you transition from college to career. This session is available via Zoom (log in to HireStanState for link) and in person at the Stockton campus.  Join whichever is preferred.

HealthForce Partners Need-Based Scholarship Guidelines for 2025-26

The San Joaquin County Behavioral Health Workforce Partnership (SJCBHWP) was developed by Behavioral Health Services (BHS) in collaboration with HealthForce Partners (HFP) to make funding available to members of the county’s mental health workforce who work in a network adequacy-facing organization with the MEDI-CAL population.

The Stan State Concert Chorale presents its first concert of the academic year, "Mythical and Imaginary Creatures." The ensemble will perform a varied program, including selections from the Renaissance to the 21st Century. The ensemble will be directed by Dr. Daniel Afonso Jr, Stan State's Coordinator of Vocal and Choral Studies, and will be assisted by Dr. Yan Yan Chan, collaborative pianist.

Join Dr. Laurissa Hamilton for a 60-90 minute informal guided survey of the birds on the beautiful Stan State campus. We will meet in the lobby of  Naraghi Hall of Science.  Binoculars and field guides are available for participants to borrow for those preregistering indicating their requirements. The walk itself consists of a tour of the campus, pointing out and identifying birds, and giving natural history information about birds, as is appropriate given the interest level of the participants.
