Join us as we provide a supportive space and learn a few tips for making this time of year a little more peaceful.

There is always HOPE, in this workshop we will discuss ways to increase coping strategies when dealing with difficult feelings. We will be utilizing art to create resources for when life feels like more than you can handle.
