The 7th Annual Indigenous Peoples Day event, themed "Nurturing Ancestral Roots and Self-Determination," is organized by Indigenous Students in Activism in collaboration with the Ethnic Studies Department and the University Student Center. Notably, this year's gathering is marked by a strong representation of California Native Nations.

7th Annual Indigenous Peoples Day Celebration-Nurturing Ancestral Roots and Indigenous Self-Determination

Monthly meeting of LSAMP. We will have hands-on workshops, presentations, discussions about opportunities for graduate school and summer research, and/or how to prepare an application for those opportunities. 

For this meeting we will have: 

Stanislaus State's Department of Music presents its traditional annual holiday concert, Carolfest! The Concert Chorale will be joined by some of our own music faculty, plus guest instrumentalists and two guest choirs from the region to perform an exciting program of choral music celebrating the season! The audience will be invited to participate in a lively sing-along of the season's most beloved traditional songs and carols to complete the festivities.

Two performances: 2 - 4 p.m. and 6 - 8 p.m.
