Join Stan State soccer teams for an exciting day of soccer, community and fun at Soccer Fan Fest.

Young athletes ages 5 to 12 are invited to a free youth soccer clinic led by Warrior athletes and coaches. Whether your child is new to the game or already loves soccer, they’ll have a chance to learn new skills, play fun drills and experience the thrill of training with college athletes.

One factor influencing our stress level is how well we manage our energy. The concept of energy management is based on a new way of looking at self-discipline. It challenges the widely held view that time management is the key to work/life balance.

This strategic plan builds on the most recent strategic plan (2010-2012). The department recommits itself to ongoing strategic planning and refinement of this document as needed. Strategies listed under department objectives were identified as most immediately needed and achievable within the five-year scope of this strategic plan.

More than 6 Million people have learned how to STOP THE BLEED® .  You can, too!  This one hour class includes a lecture portion and hands-on training.   By the end of the class, you will know how to recognize life-threatening bleeding and how to apply a tourniquet and hemostatic dressing to slow or stop the bleeding.
