If you’re a Stanislaus State student with a verified disability and financial need, you may qualify for a Parking Fee Waiver to get a free parking permit. Here’s how it works:

Once you’re registered for classes, contact the Financial Aid & Scholarship Office or Disability Resource Services (DRS) to start the process. A Financial Aid representative will assign the Parking Fee Waiver Form to you through the Financial Aid Online Forms Portal

When you log in, complete the Parking Fee Waiver Request form and upload one of these documents:

  • The DMV letter that came with your disability placard or plates, or

  • Your vehicle registration showing a “disabled” designation.

To qualify, you must have a FAFSA or CADAA on file and meet financial need guidelines based on your (and your family’s, if applicable) income.

If you’re approved, your waiver will cover Fall & Winter or Spring & Summer, depending on the semester. You’ll get an email from the University Police Department (UPD) with instructions on how to order your free parking permit at mycampuspermit.com

The waiver isn’t automatic — you’ll need to apply each semester (Fall and/or Spring).

If you don’t meet the requirements or forget to include documentation, your request may be denied — so make sure everything is complete before submitting!"
