Warrior Wardrobe Career Closet

The Warrior Wardrobe Career Closet is a student-focused program that provides access to new or gently used professional clothing donated by alumni, faculty, staff, industry professionals, and members of the community. The goal is simple: remove clothing barriers so students can show up confident and career ready.

Students may select professional attire for job interviews, career fairs, networking events, classroom presentations, or the first days of a new job. All items are theirs to keep, no returns, no strings attached, so students can continue benefiting from them well beyond a single event.

Shelves in the Warrior Wardrobe

The Warrior Wardrobe proudly supports gender diversity and expression. Students are encouraged to choose clothing that aligns with their identity, comfort level, and professional goals, regardless of gender norms or labels. Professionalism is not one-size-fits-all, and neither is style.

Each student may choose up to three pieces of business attire per semester. Staff are available to assist with outfit coordination and matching separates, but students always have the final say. The focus is on confidence, authenticity, and self-expression,because career readiness should never come at the expense of being yourself.
