Provost's APR meeting

At the close of the APR process, a meeting is scheduled with the Provost to develop a final implementation plan. Participants include the department chair, program coordinator and/or faculty (as determined by the department chair or dean), dean, and the AVP (Academic Affairs). Following this meeting, the department chair/program coordinator completes the final implementation plan and submits it to the college dean. The dean submits an electronic copy to the AVP (Academic Affairs) within two weeks following the Provost’s meeting.
