During the COVID-19 pandemic, the Peace Corps evacuated its volunteers and suspended operations worldwide. But after three long years, the international agency is ready to resume operations and send U.S. volunteers overseas. 

Finance publication MONEY has released its 2023 college ratings and once again named Stanislaus State among the “Best Colleges in America.”  

Using a new star rating system that replaces its traditional numerical ranking, MONEY gave Stanislaus State 4.5 out of 5 stars, which places the University among the top third of the 736 four-year public and private colleges from across the nation that made the cut.   

As Stanislaus State President Ellen Junn’s era of transformative leadership and inclusive engagement draws to a close, the University’s various communities gathered to bid her a fond farewell during a series of celebrations.

Going through the loss of loved ones, relationships, pets, etc. is a part of the human experience that can have a significant impact on our daily lives.  This workshop will provide participants with information on the impact and process of grief, effective coping strategies and how to work through the experience of loss.

Our College ID Camp is designed to give prospective student-athletes the opportunity to train and experience “Life As A Warrior.” All sessions are designed and coached by Head Women’s Soccer Coach Gabriel Bolton and Assistant Coach Lauren Wolcott. Training includes technical and tactical work as well as strength and conditioning. This is a tremendous opportunity for campers to learn from college coaches, showcase their talent, and compete against other high level players.

Website Degreechoices, which focuses solely on graduates’ return on educational investment after starting their careers, ranks Stanislaus State No. 8 in California on its 2023 list of best colleges. 

The website uses a unique methodology that produces economic scores to rank colleges. The scores represent the impact various degrees will have on students’ future salaries and how quickly graduates can expect to recoup their educational expenses because of those incomes.
