Winter and holidays can make the end of the year feel stressful and chaotic. High expectations, disrupted routines, and finances can make the months of November, December and January feel a little less jolly and lot more distressing. Join us as we provide a supportive space and learn a few tips for making this time of year a little more peaceful.

Sometimes life gets us down and it can feel overwhelming or impossible to cope with. There is always HOPE, in this workshop we will discuss ways to increase coping strategies when dealing with difficult feelings. We will be utilizing art to create resources for when life feels like more than you can handle.
