Learn the basics of sewing in a welcoming, beginner-friendly sewing circle. This hands-on session covers fundamental techniques while giving you time to practice, ask questions, and start your first sewing project.

Please be respectful of other’s time! You, your fellow students, and our student assistants all have busy schedules. To ensure that our workshops begin and end in a timely manner, students that arrive over 5 minutes late will not be permitted to join the workshop.

Anthropology Day: Guest Speaker

In celebration of Anthropology Day, the Anthropology Program invites the campus community to a presentation by Paola Gonzalez, senior environmental scientist supervisor with the California State Water Resources Control Board. Her presentation is entitled “Bridging Policy and People: Applied Anthropological Insights in Environmental Work.”

Sisters of Sigma Omega Phi invites interested students to make bracelets and write postcards to themselves about their future aspirations. The purpose of this event is for sisters and interests to get to know each other better.
