The Classification & Compensation (C&C) team operates under the guidance of the California State University (CSU) Chancellor's Office. They collaborate with Appropriate Administrators throughout the campus to offer support in analyzing classifications, determining fair compensation, and interpreting and implementing the provisions of collective bargaining agreements. Working together, the C&C team ensures consistency in classification and compensation processes while adhering to applicable laws, policies, and procedures.
