Teamsters Local 2010, which represents skilled trades employees, has announced plans for a potential strike on our campus from Feb. 17-20, 2026.
If a strike occurs, our campus will remain open, and classes, instruction and student services will continue. We remain fully committed to supporting our students' academic progress and ensuring that students have access to resources and services. At the same time, we respect the rights of our employees as this process moves forward.
We do not anticipate issues related to picketing activity. However, if you experience harassment or have concerns while entering or exiting campus, please report the situation promptly to Labor and Employee Relations at laborrelations@csustan.edu so it can be addressed.
