Please join us for a two-day, on-site visit focused on optimizing student success through the Warrior Connect (EAB Navigate360) platform. The agenda includes collaborative workshops and leadership check-ins designed to align the platform’s capabilities with the university's strategic goals and proactive student support efforts.

Open Sessions for Staff and Faculty (including student employees)
All sessions are in-person and focus on practical strategies, best practices, and time-saving tools within Warrior Connect to support proactive, coordinated student engagement.
9:00 AM – 9:50 AM | Transforming Student Success Using Warrior Connect
Facilitator: Juanita Cruthird, Director of Student Success System, Stanislaus State
Student needs are evolving rapidly. Warrior Connect bridges the distance between students and the Stan State resources they need to thrive. This opening session explores the current landscape and looks toward a future of proactive, data-driven engagement.
10:00 AM – 11:00 AM | Best Practices for Student Communications
Learn to leverage Warrior Connect for intentional, personalized outreach. This session focuses on delivering the right message at the right time to reduce inbox fatigue and ensure communications promote student engagement and action.
11:00 AM – 12:00 PM | Best Practices for Documenting Interaction with Students
Effective documentation is the backbone of a coordinated care network. This session focuses on how to use Warrior Connect to capture meaningful student information that fosters an efficient, proactive, data-driven approach to engaging and supporting students.

1:00 PM – 2:00 PM | Staff Time-Saving Strategies with Warrior Connect
This session focuses on maximizing impact without increasing workload. Participants will explore features that automate routine tasks, simplify appointment management, and centralize student records.
2:00 PM – 3:00 PM | Leveraging Journeys to Engage Students
Reduce guesswork and help guide students through critical milestones using Journey. This session focuses on creating clear, automated pathways that help students navigate academic and co-curricular requirements.
Campus Leadership Sessions
All sessions are in-person and focus on strategic alignment, analytics, and sustaining momentum through data-informed decision-making and cross-campus collaboration.
10:00 AM – 11:15 AM | Leveraging Warrior Connect Analytics for Student Success
Campus leaders face complex decisions daily in an evolving higher education landscape. Warrior Connect powered by Navigate 360 provides data to inform choices that better support students and the campus community. Participants will learn how to aggregate various data inputs to proactively identify areas of concern and deploy resources where they are needed most.

11:30 AM – 12:30 PM | Coordinated/Differentiated Outreach Planning
Using Warrior Connect to differentiate support based on individual student needs ensures communications are relevant rather than redundant. This session focuses on strategies for cross-campus collaboration to plan and execute intentional, targeted outreach.
