What to Include in the Report

Help us troubleshoot effectively, please provide as much detail as possible about the issue you are reporting.

  • User Information: Indicate who is experiencing the issue. For issues related to Student users, please include a Stan State ID number.
  • Describe the Issue: Clearly explain what you were trying to do and what happened. Specify which section of Warrior Connect you were using (e.g., scheduling, appointment management, viewing your success team, using the mobile app, etc.).
  • Include Screenshots: If possible, please include a screenshot of any error messages or the part of the screen where the issue occurred.
  • Date and Time: State the approximate date and time the issue occurred.
