During each semester or the summer, teams are eligible for supplies funding at a rate of $500 per RISE student. Teams are encouraged to apply for both within-state and out-of-state travel funding. To receive supplies or travel funding in a given semester, teams need to submit supplies and conference travel request forms via web forms by the deadline, generally about one month from the beginning of the semester.

Teams presenting/participating at conferences should provide RISE digital versions presentations and posters (.jpg, .ppt, .psd, etc.) and pictures of your team at work and at conferences within 30 days of the conference. Individuals should submit their expenses to complete reimbursement within 30 days of RISE-sponsored travel.
