How Academic Advisors Can Help

Advisor Lissett De La Cruz with studen

Academic advisors can help you understand your requirements, make informed decisions and build a plan that keeps you moving toward graduation.

  • Understand your degree requirements and university policies
  • Review your STAN Degree Progress and identify what you still need to complete
  • Plan your courses for upcoming semesters
  • Explore options to stay on track for graduation
  • Connect you with campus resources that support your success

Students often meet with an advisor before registration, after changing majors,

or whenever questions come up about their academic progress. Meeting earlier in the semester gives you more flexibility and more time to prepare for registration.
