Join us at Stan State for our 7th annual Black Power Matters event, celebrating the centennial of Malcolm X's birth. This event will honor Malcolm X’s enduring legacy and his impact on movements for revolution, resistance, and liberation. We will highlight student perspectives on Malcolm X's significance to their generation and their visions for the future. Featuring a keynote address by Dr. Ula Taylor (UC Berkeley), this gathering will explore how Malcolm X’s revolutionary ethos continues to inspire today.
