Sudden cardiac arrest is a life threatening condition in which the heart stops circulating blood throughout the body. According to the American Heart Association,  over 350,000 Americans experience out-of-hospital cardiac arrest each year. The Stan State AED Program currently consists of 18 automated external defibrillator (AED) units to provide rapid access in the event of a sudden cardiac arrest event.

A significant percentage of workplace accidents and injuries occur inside an office or cubicle. Building spaces have common hazards that may be dangerous if not properly mitigated. The following guidelines are suggested to promote a safe and healthy working environment.

The Property Control Office is the designee to ensure the California State University policy is followed where campuses implement methodologies for the recording, tagging, tracking, sale and safeguarding of all University property. Central Receiving receives, unloads, inspects, reconciles, tags property, and delivers all goods arriving on campus daily.
 

Student Financial Services, Cashiering & Billing

The Accounts Receivable department is responsible for collecting amounts due from others for goods furnished and services rendered.

Our campus goes through thousands of printer toner cartridges each year, and due to residual toner chemicals, they should not be thrown away in the regular waste stream.  To provide a safe method for disposing of used toner cartridges, Sustainability, Safety & Risk Management, Support Services and Capital Planning and Facilities Management have developed a simple guide for removal from campus.
