The American College Health Association’s - National College Health Assessment III (ACHA-NCHA III) is a nationally recognized research survey that assists us in collecting precise data about Stan State students’ health habits, behaviors, and perceptions. Students will learn about the importance of the survey and have the opportunity to participate in the web-based survey.

The open office faculty drop-in is meant for faculty to get questions answered regarding the new thesis/project/dissertation submission process. Faculty that are working with students on submitting are welcome to drop into a virtual office space to ask questions, seek clarification, and become more knowledgeable about available resources. This event will take place on Wednesday, March 6th, from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. on Zoom. No RSVP is required.

We often think of our bodies and our emotions as separate entities, but they are strongly linked together. Have you ever had "butterflies in your stomach" when you were nervous? Or tense muscles when you were stressed? In this class, we will use the stretching, breathing, and movement of yoga to increase our ability to relax our minds, bodies, and emotions. Let's Zen! No experience is needed and yoga mats will be provided.
