This workshop will discuss pre-writing strategies to help you get off to a great start on your next writing assignment. Strategies include understanding the prompt, creating a plan, and combatting procrastination.

Design thinking is a widely acclaimed and highly effective problem-solving approach utilized across various disciplines including engineering, arts, math, and science. Through this methodology, students learn to identify and understand the core issues, enabling them to craft appropriate solutions as problem solvers.

Students will engage in hands-on activities, working collaboratively in groups to practice and hone their design thinking skills, fostering creativity and innovation.

In observance of National Coming Out Day, Student Leadership, Engagement & Belonging will present a panel of Stan State students, faculty, and staff sharing their personal experiences of "coming out" followed by a discussion with the audience.
