Department PTR Committee has been identified and elected. Faculty subject to review have been identified and notified by the Department Chair. All parties involved (e.g., the College Dean) in the PTR process have received a copy of the department's "criteria and procedures."

Monday, March 17, 2025

Faculty member under review submits PTR report to departmental committee.

Monday, April 14, 2025

Submission of departmental committee's preliminary report to faculty member. (Faculty member has 10 days to submit written rebuttal, if any.)

Friday, April 25, 2025

Submission of departmental committee's final report (and faculty member's rebuttal, if any) to College Dean.

Thursday-Tuesday, May 1 to May 13, 2025

Collaborative meetings among faculty member, departmental committee chair, and dean.

Monday, May 19, 2025

Submission of Dean's preliminary report to faculty member. (Faculty member has 10 days to submit rebuttal, if any.)

Monday, June 2, 2025

Dean issues final report. Departmental report, dean's report, and faculty member's rebuttals, if any, are placed in the faculty member's PAF.
