As the Director of the Warrior Re-Engagement Center, Tracy has demonstrated exceptional leadership and commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for all students. With a background in business and academic advising, Tracy possesses a unique talent for helping individuals overcome barriers and navigate personal challenges on their journey to graduation. Through her guidance and expertise, Tracy has empowered countless students to unlock their potential and achieve their academic goals.

Ashley Mansfield

Ashley Mansfield is from the small town of Hughson, serves as the Retention Coordinator at Stan State. With a passion for helping others succeed in their educational journey, Ashley is dedicated to assisting students in returning to Stan State and achieving their academic goals.
Outside of her professional role, Ashley cherishes spending quality time with her family, taking walks with her puppy dogs, and indulging in the magical experiences of Disneyland. With a warm and welcoming spirit, Ashley looks forward to making a positive impact on the Stan State community and empowering students to thrive academically and beyond.

Kylie Speckens is the Student Re-Engagement Analyst for the Warrior Re-Engagement Center. With commitment to supporting student success, Kylie brings a unique perspective as a double alumna of our institution, holding both a Bachelor of Science in Business and a Master's Degree in Business.
Kylie has practically grown up on this campus from going to the CDC Preschool 25 years ago, to coming to work her with her dad on campus after school, to earning both of her degrees here. Kylie's emotional connection with our university fuels her dedication to empowering students to embrace their capabilities and achieve greatness. Her journey as a student has provided her with understanding the challenges that can arise during academic pursuits, fueling her passion for supporting fellow students in overcoming obstacles and realizing their full potential.
Driven by a genuine love for assisting others, Kylie finds fulfillment in witnessing individuals flourish into the remarkable beings she knows they can be.
