FAQs

If you have questions that you cannot find the answers to, do not hesitate to contact us.

If you have taken classes at another college since leaving Stan State, you will need to re-apply so you may submit new transcripts. If you have not attended another institution, you may be able to use our “Welcome Back” form. Instructions for both options can be found on our Returning Admissions Webpage.

If you were not Academically Disqualified, you are eligible to return. If you were disqualified, you may need to take further steps to become eligible. If you left in good standing or on academic probation/notice, you are eligible. Advisors can help you understand your academic standing and your path to return.

If you have completed FAFSA or CADAA for the academic year you will be returning, financial aid will be able to determine your eligibility. If you previously received notifications stating you may not qualify for aid or need to submit a SAP appeal, our advisors can help you understand what that means for you. It’s possible you still qualify, but will need to submit an appeal explaining your unique circumstances.

We do not currently have a fully online undergraduate degree program. Many of our courses are offered in a hybrid or fully online modality. But, please make an appointment with us to see if we can meet your preferences.

As long as the major does not require you to be accepted into their program (Nursing, Health Science) you may request to change your major.
