Website Trainings
Website trainings provide an overview of web accessibility and the required skills to manage web content on the campus Drupal CMS (content management system). Questions? Please send an email to webupdate@csustan.edu.
Website access is primarily reserved for faculty and staff.
In addition, access can be granted to employees who:
- Occupy a role that requires ongoing website maintenance
- Are willing to learn the Drupal CMS and navigate its related technical systems
- Can adhere to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and follow accessibility principles
Steps:
- Receive approval from a manager/supervisor
- Complete the OIT Security Request Form
Faculty and staff can complete the OIT Security Request Form found in the 'Employee Links' section of the myStanState employee portal.

Please Note
This form must be completed on campus while connected to a campus internet connection. The form will not work while off-campus.
Yes, you must attend a full website training session as a condition to receive access.
Once you have submitted the OIT Security Request Form, you will be receive an invitation to register for an upcoming training session.
