Mr Eugene Barrera

Gene Barrera (MCRP, Housing and Community Development, UC Berkeley) is GIS Manager for the County of Merced and is a forward leaning strategic planner in geospatial technology implementation for local government and academic institutions. Gene is lecturer at Stanislaus State and provides instruction on the intersection between academic based learning and the practical application of GIS and provides venues for students to engage in the practical applications of GIS supporting County projects.
