In this workshop, we will be discussing the optimization of rest, recovery, nutrition, and training load to promote higher athletic performance. We will also be discussing complications that can occur with inadequate rest and recovery.

Stan State Art Space invites you to the reception for the Department of Art Faculty Exhibition! Artwork created by the Stan State Art Department faculty members is on display from August 30 -- October 13, with the reception on Thursday, August 31, 2023, at 6:00 pm with an artist talk at 6:30 pm. A question-and-answer period will follow.
Stan State Art Space is located in downtown Turlock at 226 North First Street. Admission is free, as well as on-street parking.
