A Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) or Job Safety Analysis (JSA) is an important analyzing tool that works by finding hazards and eliminating or minimizing them before the task is performed, and before a hazard has a chance to become an injury or property damage. Use them for job clarification and hazard awareness, as a guide in new employee training, for periodic contacts and for retraining of senior employees, as a refresher on tasks that run infrequently, and for informing employees of specific task hazards and protective measures. It can also be used as part of incident investigation.

The California Dream Act Service Incentive Grant (DSIG) Program encourages California Dream Act Applicant (CADAA) students with a Cal Grant A award that met Cal Grant B eligibility or a Cal Grant B award to perform community or volunteer service. The California Student Aid Commission (CSAC) will award up to $4,500 per academic year (up to $2,250 per semester) eligible students. The grant will be available to the student for up to 8 semesters while they have an active Cal Grant A or B award.

We often think of our bodies and our emotions as separate entities, but they are strongly linked together. Have you ever had "butterflies in your stomach" when you were nervous?
Or tense muscles when you were stressed? In this class, we will use the stretching, breathing, and movement of yoga to increase our ability to relax our minds, bodies, and emotions.
Let's Zen!

No experience needed and yoga mats will be provided.

Facilitated by: Susan Brumm, LPCC
