Visitors to the CSU Stanislaus website today will find an entirely redesigned and modern look and feel, with an improved structure and navigation, among other benefits.

The website redesign process, driven by the Office of Communications and Public Affairs, has involved input from the campus community and marks the first major step forward for the university’s Web presence since the current site was launched in 2006.

California Residency

The determination of residency for purposes of the CSU is not to determine if a student is a resident or non-resident in the state of California, but rather determine whether a student pays university fees on an in-state or out-of-state basis. Under California law, Stanislaus State must determine the residence status of all new and returning students.

The steps outlined here are to ensure your successful transition as a future warrior. Many of the following items will be shown in your student center “To Do” list at myStanState and as a courtesy, we will send e-mail reminders.

Kellie Marshall, the emergency management specialist at California State University, Stanislaus, was recognized on Nov. 24 by the Stanislaus County Board of Supervisors for the voluntary aid she offered following the Nov. 15 tornado in Denair.

Despite her own house being one of 21 that suffered damage in the incident, Marshall offered assistance to others in the community, putting her training and skills to work.
