Admission to the program will be based on the evaluation of both professional and academic portfolios.

Bachelor's Degree

  • Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university.
  • A minimum grade point average of 2.5 for your last 60 semester (or 90 quarter) units.

Experience

Application to the EMBA program must have a minimum of five years of mid- to senior-level professional management experience. We look for individuals who show strong leadership potential and possess the personal qualities that indicate a high level of professional promise. Our admissions process considers the following key areas:

  • Extent and nature of professional experience.
  • Leadership potential and other personal qualities that demonstrate academic and professional promise.
  • Academic qualifications.

Admission Interview

Once application portfolios are reviewed, qualified candidates will be contacted to schedule an admissions interview. During the interview, applicants should be prepared to discuss their professional background, academic history, and long-term career goals. Final admission decisions are made after the interview process is complete.
