Supported through Category II student fees, Instructionally Related Activities (IRAs) are intended to provide “out-of-classroom” learning opportunities that enhance and enrich students’ educational experiences at Stanislaus State.
Through a competitive application process, funds are awarded on an annual basis to individuals interested in leading such activities for students. More information on the application process and eligibility criteria can be found using the navigation menu on this page.
2020/2021 IRA Fund Revise and Resubmit Period
The Instructionally Related Activities (IRA) Committee has opened a revise and resubmit option for current IRA fund recipients. Given the many changes brought about by COVID-19 and our new virtual environment, we recognize that many of the intended plans for IRA funds must be changed or put on hold.
Please use the brief 2020/2021 IRA Fund Revision Request form to send us your revised budget requests. The revise and resubmit option will remain open for the duration of the academic year to accommodate any needs that may arise. Please note that any requests for budget revisions should still comply with the IRA guidelines. In addition, if you decide that you are unable to use or repurpose the funds allocated to you, please also let us know that using the form above.. We will review and approve the requests as they are received with an approximate turnaround time of 2-3 weeks.
Please let us know if you have any questions about this process. Our goal is to remain as flexible as possible during these unprecedented times, while still providing robust virtual programming for our students. We appreciate the role you play in these efforts and encourage you to reach out to us if we can be of assistance to you during this time.
