Ashley leads FCETL’s programming, partnerships, and long-term planning. Her work centers on building sustainable structures that help faculty strengthen their teaching, scholarly work, professional growth, and sense of connection to the university community.

Areas of interest: faculty support; event and program coordination; connecting faculty with campus resources; and helping make the Faculty Development Center a welcoming and accessible space.
Daphne supports the day-to-day work of FCETL and is often the best first point of contact for questions about programs, registration, logistics, spaces, and finding the right person or resource.
Kamal Dulai, Ph.D

Areas of interest: Canvas and educational technology; assessment; culturally responsive teaching; accessible and equitable instructional design; and support for lecturers and contingent faculty.
Kamal works with faculty on questions related to teaching, course design, assessment, and the thoughtful use of Canvas and other instructional tools.
Lauren Fletcher, Ph.D

Areas of interest: active learning; inclusive and engaging classroom practices; course design; and practical strategies that strengthen student participation and learning.
Lauren works with faculty through consultations, workshops, and collaborative programming focused on effective and engaging teaching.
