Dr. Chau-Pu Chiang is a Full Professor of Criminal Justice who joined California State University, Stanislaus in 1994. She earned her Ph.D. in Sociology with concentrations in Criminology and Research Methods at Washington State University in 1991. She earned her M.A. in Sociology from Wichita State University in 1985. She has taught CJ Research Methods, Causes of Crime, Probation and Parole, White-Collar Crime, and some Law Enforcement courses. Besides teaching, she is also the Criminal Justice Internship Program Coordinator. And she is currently directing the Criminal Justice Degree Completion Program via University Extended Education Office. Her research interests are juvenile delinquency, school bullying, and comparative criminology.
