As part of the season where new beginnings take shape, Stanislaus State and KIPP Northern California marked a milestone with the signing ceremony welcoming a new KIPP Stockton High School to the Stockton Campus.
At the NCAA Division II Indoor Track & Field Championships, Annie Wild ran a mile defined by grit and focus and heart, capturing a national title and etching her moment into the history books in a run that embodied what it means to run wild at Stan State.

Tastes of the Valley is back on campus.
With support from BEAM Circular, Stan State received a significant grant to launch the Centre for Sustainable Biotechnology led by Associate Professor Alok Arun, advancing hands-on research and student training in emerging biotech fields and the circular bioeconomy. This year, the campus also welcomed the California Circular Bioeconomy Summit, bringing together students, researchers and industry partners to explore how sustainable innovation can transform waste into new opportunities and strengthen the region’s future.

Under head coach and alumnus John Powell, the 2025 men’s soccer team wrote program history with a record-setting season that included a CCAA Tournament championship, two weeks ranked No. 1 in the nation and a run deep into the NCAA Division II Tournament, finishing the year as the No. 5 ranked team in the country and capturing the spirit of Warrior resilience and success.
