Dr. Lowe is a lifelong resident of the Turlock area and earned both his BA in Social Sciences and MBA at Stanislaus State. His wife and son are also Stanislaus alumni. He earned his doctorate from CSU Fresno in Educational Leadership in 2010. During his career, Dr. Lowe has worked in finance and marketing and currently leads the Institutional Research team at the University of California, Merced campus. His primary duties include providing leadership with long-term enrollment growth projections to help meet strategic planning goals.
