The University Galleries are excited to announce the fine art exhibition White Flags by the artist collective Finishing School. The installation and video exhibition will open October 17 and be on display until December 20, 2024 at the University Art Gallery located in the Theatre building. Entrance is free to the gallery and it is open to the public. Gallery hours are 12:00 noon -- 4:00 p.m. Monday--Friday with a late close Thursday evenings at 9:00 p.m.

Queeries is an informal, student-focused discussion group (but all are welcome) coming together to build community and discuss queer topics and experiences. This group led by Dr. Nakano, Professor of Sociology and a fourth generation queer Japanese American man. Our topic for this session is "The Meaning of Queer." Please join for good company and conversation!
This workshop is meant to help master’s and doctoral-level students gain familiarity with Template A of the thesis/project/dissertation paper format. This workshop intends to cover where to find the template, how to fill it out, and common mistakes to avoid when using Template A. Additionally, students will have the opportunity to ask questions and work on filling out this portion of their paper.
This workshop will take place on Wednesday, October 16th, from 3:00 to 4:00p.m. at DBH 107.
