On-Campus Printing or Copy Services
Stan Prints is the University print shop. They produce a large variety of materials and products that support the University mission. They offer a wide variety of services (print to order, banners, posters, booklets, envelopes, greeting cards, invitations, business cards and letterheads) to all faculty, staff, students, and the community.
The Post Award Office exists to provide oversight of all outside campus Sponsored Program grants and contracts through accounting, compliance and customer service. We provide guidance in interpreting federal, state, local and CSU policy regarding allowable and allocable expenditures. Our office works closely with campus Principal Investigators (PIs) and their administrative staff to provide fiscal oversight and management of awards throughout the lifecycle of each award.
Stanislaus State Travel Office processes travel expenses approved for official University business in accordance with the University policies and procedures, collective bargaining agreements and prudent accounting practices. We provide various services and functions to assist with the business travel needs of our University students, faculty and staff. From providing guidance on various travel policies and procedures for University business travel, such as domestic and international travel, traveler responsibilities and allowable expenses.
The Auxiliary Accounting Office provides accounting oversight and guidance for the four tax-exempt 501 (c)(3) auxiliaries that support our campus. Our office works closely to support campus departments, Associated Students Inc, Student Center and to provide guidance in interpreting federal, state, and CSU policy as it pertains to the auxiliaries.
Business & Finance is responsible for coordinating all campus audits both internal and external for the University and Auxiliary Organizations. We support a number of audits including financial, compliance, internal control and investigative.
The Accounting Services team exists to ensure that the University operates and complies with standard accounting and regulatory requirements. Our team provides administrative and fiscal support through accurate and prompt customer service to the campus community.
