This workshop will build an awareness of what are boundaries, how to set them, and how to deal with the discomfort of letting others down. Use boxing to gain confidence with the discomfort part of building boundaries. Join CAPS in expressing boundaries while gaining courage through boxing. No experience or equipment is required.
