WHAT: CSU Stanislaus' Second Annual Science Day

WHEN: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 9

WHERE: Naraghi Hall of Science, CSU Stanislaus, Turlock

DETAILS: Members of the public are invited to attend the second annual Science Day at CSU Stanislaus. The event is free and open to the public.

Science Day will feature themed activities for kids, including kitchen chemistry and the Six-Legged Zoo, along with open labs and guided tours that will include the campus planetarium. There will be plenty to see and touch, like gardens, skeletons, skulls, fossils and snakes, as children and families learn about the fields of biology, chemistry, geology, math, nursing, physics and psychology.

The event is presented by the CSU Stanislaus American Chemistry Society Club, Bio Club, Blue-Green Hand Society, Geology Club, Math Club/SIAM, School of Nursing, Paleo Club, Pre-Health Society, Psychology Club, Student Nurses Association and Society of Physics Students.
