DETAILS: California State University, Stanislaus, and the League of Women Voters of San Joaquin County will host a candidate forum for California's Fifth State Senate District. The forum will provide an informational opportunity for the community to learn about candidates Cathleen Galgiani and Bill Berryhill and their positions on pertinent issues, including higher education. The forum is open to the public, and the event will be recorded and a video posted on the League's website and YouTube page.
The League of Women Voters is soliciting questions for candidates in advance of the forum. Questions can be emailed to lwvsjc@gmail.com.
