To make a gift of publicly traded stocks and/or securities, please call Mary Hartsfield at 209-664-6864 or send an email to Mhartsfield@csustan.edu. Ms. Hartsfield will provide the necessary information regarding the University’s broker, Graystone.

Sometimes, employers will match gifts that are made to charitable organizations by their employees.

Contact your human resources representative to determine if your employer has a matching gift program. Your employer may ask you to complete a matching gift form. If so, submit that form and your donation to Stanislaus State. Matching gift programs increase the impact of employee contributions and result in an even more positive impact for our students.

SPECIAL NOTE: Stanislaus State needs at least 50 active participants to utilize this service with the State Controller's Office.

Stanislaus State employees can support their favorite programs and/or colleges by participating in the voluntary Warriors First Employee Giving Program. You simply pledge a specific amount that fits your budget (a minimum of $5 per pay period). That amount will then be deducted as a pre-tax amount from your pay. University Advancement applies the payment to the fund/program of your choice.

Payroll deduction is easy to budget, tax deductible and rewarding. It saves you time and it reduces the use of paper which helps the environment.
